It's simple -- provide us with a reward (an incentive-based offer) and we will use it to get you customers (new and returning). Rewards are given to customers who have contributed to the Knotis platform, by helping others be in the kno!

Make sure the reward is redeemable in your point of sale.

Notify Employees

Educate your employees on how to verify the reward and enter it into your pos. Look for your logo and the verification symbol.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. You pay a flat fee of $1.00 for every reward that gets used.

Q. How does billing work?

A. We charge your credit card at the end of every billing period in the amount of $1.00 x the number of customers who redeemed a reward (ie: 10 customers = $10).

Q. How do I sign up?

A. To sign-up, send us a note and one of our neighborhood concierges will get in touch with you.

Q. What kind of rewards can I offer?

A. We can help you craft any type of reward, however, we recommend our standard rewards (ie: $5 off toward any purchase, 25% off your meal, Buy One Get One Free, etc.).

Q. How are the rewards distributed

A. Rewards are promoted through our app when consumers 'knotis' things.

Q. How does a consumer use their reward?

A. The consumer clicks the "use now" button on their reward and then shows the reward to the merchant. The merchant checks to ensure that all reward restrictions have been met (ie: minimum spend, etc) and if so, they provide the reward to the consumer. Once the reward has been used, the consumer cannot use it again and they cannot receive another one for at least 30 days.

Q. How much work do I need to do to setup a reward?

A. Very little work is required. Configure your point of sale system and educate your staff.

Q. What does my staff need to do to redeem a reward?

A. Your staff members need to check for your logo and the countdown clock. After the clock expires, the offer is automatically removed from their phone.
